A rich, meaty flavour makes this mushroom perfect as either a meat substitute in vegetarian or Vegan dishes or as an addition broiled, sauteed or in stews.
Available fresh only between June and November, however our mushrooms are dried on-site and have a 6-month shelf life – just rehydrate them when you are ready!
